I had no experience seeing a Chiropractor so I was curious what to expect. I consider myself in relatively good health but I also know that small improvements can have big impacts. Dr. Patrick Ryan has a patient care mentality that I really connected with. We started our first appointment by simply talking about my lifestyle and health and wellness practices. Then we moved to the treatment room and his knowledge of the human body allowed me to find relief from this chronic condition in my right pelvis. He explains everything so thoroughly before performing any kind of treatment and I appreciate his gentle nature asking how I was doing throughout the appointment. I am going back for my third time and look forward to incorporating Chiropractic care into my overall wellness practice. I trust Dr. Patrick with my care 100%!

I was in a car accident with my teenage daughter and my elderly mother, and we all went to see Dr Patrick for help with whiplash. He was super helpful to all of us, with all of our very different needs, and I totally appreciated that he could work so beautifully with a teenager and also a pretty frail and hard of hearing elderly woman! He helped us all feel comfortable in his care and we all looked foward to our visits with him. Happy to say that each of us had a full recovery from the accident! Since that time, I have gone back to Patrick to get help with other back issues that come up and he
continues to be super helpful.

I highly recommend Dr. Patrick Ryan for anyone seeking excellent chiropractic care! My super athletic son sustained a sports injury and experienced lingering pain with ongoing performance limitations. Dr. Patrick asked many questions to determine the specific nature of the injury, listening closely to the responses to make an assessment. He is exceptionally caring and kind, and the office is beautiful, peaceful, and cozy. Dr. Ryan has the best bedside manner of any health practitioner I have ever visited. I took my daughter, who was nervous about the visit, to see him over the summer, and he was such a beautiful blend of personal and professional that she felt super comfortable the entire time. He told her what he was going to do each time before doing it and encouraged her to speak up if anything was uncomfortable. She left the visit feeling much better physically and feeling so happy with her experience it will be easy to get her to go back next time. THANK YOU!

Dr. Ryan is a phenomenal chiropractor and a truly kind and wonderful human to boot. I've been having crippling radiating neck/upper back pain that has impacted my sleep - a non-negotiable as a parent of two-year old twins and after just two sessions, my mobility and pain level has already gone down significantly. Dr. Ryan knows his craft and understands the architecture of the human body (and explains how physical ailments like mine come to arise in a very easy to understand, logical way). Planning on at least one more session with the hopes of hitting the slopes this weekend. He is a god send.

And the office itself is so beautifully furnished and warm and cozy thanks to his equally lovely wife Clare. Tyler at the front desk is a kind and welcoming presence too. Do yourself a favor and pay River Run a visit, you will be grateful for it!

Patrick is an expert on human anatomy! (He gathered I was hyper mobile just from my paperwork, sorcery!!) A great listener that sends you home with movements to support adjustments. I personally appreciate a chiro who is willing to get deep into muscle work. Love the Nevada City feel of having an Oracle deck to pull from with every visit. Tyler and Anjoa helm the front desk and are both delights! Grateful to have a comprehensive chiropractor in the heart of town
